Meet the Team 

Director 

Gerry Keany established Cara Stationery in the late 1990s.
Gerry found life as a Chartered Accountant too exciting and decided to move into stationery for a quieter life. He is a season ticket holder at London Irish Rugby Club and regularly follows the Irish rugby team in the Six Nations Tournament. A keen golfer, he plays off 16 and gets along to various charity golf days.

Our Customer Service Team

Marie still lives in the hope that one day she will see Waterford become All Ireland Hurling Champions. Her interests include theatre, travel and socialising with friends and family. Marie took a floristry course a couple of years ago. She enjoys doing arrangements for weddings, funerals and birthday parties.
Rory is in a world of his own! He likes hip hop music and his favourite rapper is Tinie Tempah.  He is the only person in the office who zones out when talk turns to football- zzzzzzz. He enjoys visiting new places and would love to travel more. Rory is keen on technology and likes to keep up to date with the latest gadgets.
Brian is a lifelong Liverpool FC fan who hopes the appointment of Jürgen Klopp may help the glory days to return. He follows a wide range of sports and wishes he had learned to play golf so he could join Gerry at the various charity golf days and have an excuse to get out of the office. Famous among our customers for knowing the item codes for hundreds of our stationery products off the top of his head Brian also looks after the promotional products side of the business and enjoys seeing customers ideas realised with merchandise for exhibitions, charity events, corporate golf days etc.
Dionne Born and reared in Harrow, Dionne previously worked in the promotional products sector. Developing this department is one of her key roles with Cara Stationery. Dionne is a confessed magpie when it comes to anything sparkly for example diamonds! She loves nice cars and dreams of owning a Range Rover Evoque one day. Dionne enjoys the gym, loves to travel and watches old movies especially westerns or musicals. But most of all she loves spending time with the family.
Tom has never missed a Pogues concert in London and has the T-shirts to prove it. He likes to get out of London whenever he can to do a spot of fly-fishing. Tom is also a keen DIY enthusiast and his favourite TV programme of all time was Only Fools and Horses.
Martin is a season ticket holder at Spurs and feels one of these years it’s all going to come right. He plays a little golf and his most enjoyable holiday couple of years ago when a party of 26 of his mates went to Barbadous to watch England play a test cricket match.
Paul is a season ticket holder at Celtic and was delighted to be in Glasgow to see Celtic beat Barcelona in 2012 to reach the last 16 of the Champion’s League.  Paul plays five-a-side soccer on Wednesday and completed the London Marathon in 2010 raising over £2500 for the Anthony Nolan charity.
Michael has been a lifelong supporter of Liverpool even though he doesn’t get to see them playing as often as he would like. This will be their year he feels. He enjoys going out at the weekend as he is always up for a laugh (party animal.) He likes all sorts of music.
Bhav is originally from the West Midlands and moved to London to do his BA in Marketing. Since then he has completed a business enterprise course and is a member of the Asian Business Association at the London Chamber of Commerce. Bhav is a Man United supporter and since the age of 8 his favourite player was Brian Mclair. An intrepid traveller, in 2009 Bhav took a year out to explore the world. He also holds a speed boating licence and is a qualified Samaritan. He loves going to the gym and enjoys fine wines and restaurants.
Lucien is from Romania. He loves going to the gym and is looking forward to Romania playing in the rugby World Cup this autumn. He is also a Man United supporter and has been lucky enough to go to old Trafford on a couple of occasions. Lucien loves touring historic London. His favourite buildings include The British Library and St Paul’s Cathedral. He is also the winner of the Cara Stationery inaugural bowling tournament
