Gerry Keany, Director

Gerry established Cara Stationery in the late 1990s.

Gerry found life as a Chartered Accountant too exciting and decided to move into stationery for a quieter life. He is a season ticket holder at London Irish Rugby Club and regularly follows the Irish rugby team in the Six Nations Tournament. A keen golfer, he plays off 16 and gets along to various charity golf days.



Brian McGrady, Sales Account Manager

Brian is a lifelong Liverpool FC fan. He follows a wide range of sports and wishes he had learned to play golf so he could join Gerry at the various charity golf days and have an excuse to get out of the office! Brian looks after customer accounts both existing and new business as well as working on some of our promotional and print work and also overseeing our larger furniture projects.



Paul McGrady, Operations Manager

Paul is a Celtic and Liverpool fan. Paul completed the London Marathon in 2010 raising over £2500 for the Anthony Nolan charity. Paul oversees the day to day operational side of the business including logistics, sales and purchasing, customer and supplier interface etc. as well as managing the other departments.




Marie Grace, Customer Service & Accounts

 Marie still lives in the hope that one day she will see Waterford become All Ireland Hurling Champions. Her interests include theatre, travel and socialising with friends and family. Marie took a floristry course a few years ago. She enjoys doing arrangements for weddings, funerals and birthday parties. Marie deals with both accounts work and customer service.


Rory Braceland,Customer Service & Accounts

Rory is in a world of his own!  He is the only person in the office who zones out when talk turns to football- zzzzzzz. He enjoys visiting new places and would love to travel more. Rory is keen on technology and likes to keep up to date with the latest gadgets. Rory deals with inward payments received from our customers as well as dealing with all areas of customer service.



Michael Hubbard, Warehouse & Logistics

Michael has been a lifelong supporter of Liverpool even though he doesn’t get to see them playing as often as he would like. He enjoys going out at the weekend as he is always up for a laugh (party animal.) He likes all sorts of music. Michael looks after goods inward and stock management as well as being our main liaison point for deliveries both on our own vans or our courier delivery services.






Bhav Rana,Customer Service & New Business


Bhav is originally from the West Midlands and is a member of the Asian Business Association at the London Chamber of Commerce. Bhav is a Man United supporter so not enjoying having the LFC fans winding him up in the office! An intrepid traveller, in 2009 Bhav took a year out to explore the world. Bhav looks after some new business enquiries as well as day to day customer service.





Martin King, Delivery Driver


Martin is a Spurs fan so also trying to keep out of the way of the LFC brigade in the office!  He plays a little golf and his most enjoyable holiday was a couple of years ago when a party of 26 of his mates went to Barbadous to watch England play a test cricket match which officially qualified him as a member of the famous 'barmy army' Martin is our longest serving delivery driver with Cara for over 10 years.


Tom McGrady, Delivery Driver

Tom has tried to never miss a Pogues concert in London and has the T-shirts to prove it! He likes to get out of London whenever he can to do a spot of fly-fishing. Tom is also a keen DIY enthusiast and qualified carpenter so gets roped into putting the odd desk together from time to time. Tom has been delivering for us for over 5 years.





Lucian Chirila, Delivery Driver

Lucian is from Romania and has lived in London for a few years now. He is also a Man United fan so has also been keeping out of Brian, Paul & Michaels way! Lucian loves touring London and visiting the historic buildings including The Tipperary, a 17th century pub on Fleet Street, Ye Olde Mitre in Holborn which dates from 1547 and so on...


Robert Curd, Delivery Driver 

Rob is the first QPR fan to join the Cara team. As a former London black taxi driver Rob knows the longest way to get to all our customers offices and sites in London. It also stands him in good stead for when he needs to pull up without warning and do a quick U turn when he notices that the address he wants is on the other side of the road.
